I have enjoyed working in the new home industry since February 1982 either as a new home sales manager or new home loan officer. I have been in new home sales for a total of 20 years with major builders in the area as well as 5 years with new home builder mortgage companies. I have been with Dan Ryan Builder’s mortgage company, MHM for 3 years as a Credit Specialist.
I received my CMP (Certified New Home Marketing Professional), CSP (Certified New Home Sales Person) and MIRM (Member, Institute of Residential Marketing) designations. I have received my Associates in Applied Sciences in Business Management Degree which was achieved in 2007. In 1988 Sales Person of the Year for MAME (Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence Award Honors).
